Maple leaf hand flag thing.
I thought our group did really well. We all worked together to designate specific roles to each person, which were all fair. We put leadership upon those students in our group who were more 'artsy fartsy' and creative (because lets face it, I'm NOT.) Everyone in our group participated, and we all had at least 5 hands on our flag. We used the majority of our hands to make the actual maple leaf but used a few for the banners at the edges. We thought it was only fair to use FULL HANDS. We never cut off any fingers, or modified the way we shaped our hands for tracing. Each and every hand was in a star and we made it work that way. I think this activity sort of helped me realize that not every thing has to be done one way. Although we chose to do our flag one way, many other groups did it differently, and I guess that just goes to say that you can always modify the way you lead and excel, as long as you reach a common destination in the end!
